How quickly will I receive my report?

What areas do you cover?
We cover Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Logan and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply for properties outside a 100km radius of our base.
Can I book for a rental property or just purchases?
Both. We inspect properties for renters, buyers, and investors alike. The service is the same regardless of your purpose.
What if the property is tenanted?
We coordinate access with the agent or landlord on your behalf. Just provide the listing details when you book.
Do you provide a refund if the inspection cannot proceed?
Yes. If we are unable to access the property for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Please note an admin fee will be charged.
Can I request additional photos or footage?
Yes — just note any specific areas or features you want us to focus on in the booking notes.
